This service will be provided only to customers who have contracted the service upon payment and will be extended 24 hours a day from Monday to Friday during the period of the alarm status.

You will need to purchase the service through our online platform

The services included in this standard are as follows:

IMPORTANT: You should know that the service with normal priority will only be available from 9:00 to 21:00. From 21:00 only the contracted service will be provided with the urgent priority.
