If you need technical support to solve any web or server issues, or if you need any work to modify or implement features in your store, then you must contract this Pack with us.
The Technical Support Pack can be chosen between 5 hours or 10 hours.
Here are some of the jobs that usually fall into this Pack:
- Resolution of incidents with the server and the web.
- Small modifications of CSS sheets.
- Changes of images, logos, background color, etc…
- Change and modify visual aspects.
- Redesign of buttons and animations.
- Configuration of parameters on WordPress and Prestashop platforms.
You can choose the priority between NORMAL AND URGENT.
The service is done from Monday to Friday during office hours. It is subject to a working queue, so even if we give you the option to suggest a day and time for the execution of the service, we will not be able to guarantee that it will be strictly enforced.
The service is carried out 24 hours a day and is processed as a priority in less than an hour from the acquisition. It is reserved for important incidents that need to be resolved immediately
