The service is from Monday to Friday during office hours. It is subject to work queue, so even if we give you the option to suggest a day and time for the execution of the service, we cannot guarantee that it will be strictly complied with.

Urgent priority is only to respond to serious incidents that need to be resolved immediately. We will not provide the service if this condition is not met.
