All our Hosting plans are configured on a high performance dedicated server. Therefore they are perfectly prepared to be able to support websites that consume many resources and have a high traffic index.

In addition, all our Hosting plans are fully optimized for use with Prestashop and WordPress , far exceeding the minimum requirements of these platforms.

The only thing you have to keep in mind is that each Hosting plan has specific resources assigned and limitations such as disk space. Therefore you must choose the Hosting plan that best suits your needs.

You can only expand the following resources without having to hire another superior Hosting plan:

Dedicated IP addresses

You can purchase these additional resources at the time of purchasing the Hosting plan. In case you want to expand the resources after acquiring the Hosting plan, you will have to contact us to be able to carry out the necessary procedures and generate the corresponding payments.

Once the Hosting plan is contracted, you will have access to a control panel of the latest version of Plesk Onyx. In this panel you can configure and operate the entire server.

As a customer, you have some restrictions and therefore some options will not be available for you to modify. In case you need to modify any parameter that you do not have access to, you will have to request it through our support ticket system.

We are used to receiving a “can’t” for an answer, when we send a request to our hosting provider to configure a server parameter for us. This is because many hosting providers put their limitations for various reasons (security, avoid problems with other websites hosted on the same server, avoid overuse of resources, etc …).

This situation occurs more frequently when it comes to shared servers (Shared Hosting), because any modification in the server will affect the other websites of other clients hosted on the same server.

For this reason, one of the advantages that we offer you compared to the Hosting plans of other providers is that you have TOTAL freedom to configure the server with the parameters you need to adapt the server to your requirements, as long as the configurations contain logical values and do not pose a risk to the security or operational integrity of the server.

As a customer, you will have access to a hosting panel with many options so that you can configure your server. There are other more delicate options that only we have access and privileges to modify. In case you want to change any of these parameters, you will have to request it by means of a support ticket and we will process it as soon as possible, confirming that your request has been correctly executed.

Whenever you do not want to renew the Hosting plan that you have contracted with us, we recommend that you notify us in advance of the renewal date. In this way we can prepare and expedite the cancellation of the contracted services and cancel the sending of the bank receipt.

In case you do not want to continue renewing the Hosting plan or in case of returning the receipt of the renewal payment, we give you up to 15 calendar days after the expiration date, so that you can carry out the migration tasks to another server and the backup of your files. We will provide you with all the information by email at the appropriate time.

After 15 days we would proceed to deactivate the Hosting services and eliminate all the data they contain. From that moment you will not be able to recover the data from the server.

Of course yes. If you have contracted a lower Hosting plan and later want to contract a higher one, you will only have to pay the difference between the price of the Hosting plan you want to contract and the proration of the amount you have paid for the current Hosting with the months that you have left to comply year.

Example:

You have contracted the Hosting Starter plan paying € 150. Just when you turn 6 months, you want to go to the Advanced Hosting plan. As you still have half the time left to enjoy, you would have a discount of € 75 (half of € 150) in the acquisition of the new Hosting plan, so you would only have to pay € 575.

The monthly payment method would not be possible in our Hosting plans. Payment is made annually.
