We explain each of the parts that make up our maintenance service

Support tasks include all those jobs that are performed on the web to repair errors, make improvements, optimize and modify or add elements and functionalities.

These tasks cannot exceed 1 hour of time each

Non-urgent support work is performed ONLY during office hours and with a same-day response time. However, depending on the current workload, the execution of support tasks may be scheduled on subsequent days (this will depend on the priority of the task and if it is an incident, it will depend on the severity of the task ).

 

URGENT TECHNICAL SUPPORT

This service is designed to resolve critical incidents that compromise the operation of the website and generate economic losses to its users. The tasks that comprise this type of support are the same as for non-urgent technical support. The difference is that the response time is at most 2 hours and the resolution of the incident is immediate. This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

 

ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT

If the number of technical supports allowed by the contracted plan is exceeded, you must purchase additional technical support if you wish to continue with the maintenance tasks in that current month. Even if a task requires a support time of more than one hour, the excess time will be counted as an additional cost.

If you have contracted a maintenance plan, depending on the modality, you will have a specific discount amount for each additional support contracted. URGENT TECHNICAL SUPPORTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE DISCOUNT.

CSS changes refer to any aesthetic modification of web elements, which include modification in the CSS or HTML code of its structure.

These jobs cannot exceed 1 hour of time each

The module and plugin installation service includes all the tasks necessary for the installation, configuration and adaptation to the web of any addon for the platform where the web is located (Magento, Prestashop, WordPress, etc…)

In this case there is no time limit, but the purchase costs of the addon are NOT included, if it is paid.

IMPORTANT:
– Only modules/plugins whose license is purchased by the customer or if free, have
a free license to use will be installed. – They are made at the request of the client or at the suggestion of our team.

They are tasks of updating the versions of the modules or plugins installed on the platform where you have the web.

We perform tasks to update the client’s web platform. Only minor updates are made between subversions.

For example, in the case of the Prestashop platform, if your website is in version 1.6, this service includes updates to subversions within the same version(1.6.0.1, 1.6.1.1, etc…).

Important:
– In the event that the website has modules or plugins that are not compatible with the new installed version, we would not proceed with the work unless you expressly indicate it.

We monitor the status of your website or online store daily to detect major failures or incidents that affect the operation of the platform. At the time of detecting the anomaly we inform you and proceed to its resolution.

With this monitoring service, you’ll make sure your business is always up and running and you won’t have to worry about checking that everything is working properly.

During the last week of each month, we prepare and deliver a technical support report, detailed with all the work done during the month, errors or improvements detected.

The report also lists the support jobs scheduled for the following month.

What if I want to unsubscribe a maintenance plan?

You can unsubscribe from a maintenance plan after meeting the stay times, as long as it is requested 15 business days in advance.

You have to keep in mind that if you have paid the monthly fee, it will not be refunded or the proportion of it, even if you have requested the discharge before the end of the paid month.

Cause low before the end of the dwell time

Only for justified reason of cessation of business activity, the customer can unsubscribe before meeting the dwell times.

If the customer requests the retirement before fulfilling the period of stay or incurs the defaults of the monthly fee, Liewebs will cease to provide maintenance service to the customer from the moment the situation is known. In addition, you will not be able to re-hire maintenance services for a minimum period of 1 year as a penalty.

If I have booked a maintenance plan, can I change plans?

If you already have contracted with us a monthly maintenance plan and want to change, there would be no inconvenience. Here's a case:

Switch to a superior maintenance plan

In this case the change is instant aninstantening and you will pay the monthly fee for the new plan. The terms of stay will be extended to those corresponding to the new plan. If you paid in advance for the maintenance plan, you would have to pay the price difference between the two plans for the remaining time of what you previously paid.

Switch to a lower maintenance plan

In this case, you have to finish exhausting the time spent of the contracted plan to hire the new plan. The terms of stay will become those of the new plan.

Can I hire a maintenance plan for less than the minimum time?

Maintenance plans have a minimum contracting period to prevent customers from hiring these plans only for the duration of the resolution of their web incidents and then unsubscribe.

To solve one-off incidents without monthly payment commitment, we have at the disposal of any customer our packs of hours of technical support

As these are maintenance plans, work has to be done continuously and monthly. Even if there are incidents or not, when hiring a maintenance plan, you have us at your disposal, even in preventive matters with our daily monitoring system.
